We design, produce and deliver modern architectural accents in stucco – nationally. This property developer was in need of an arch connecting two stone pillars for this commercial business park. Here is what we designed:
We provided the masonry mechanicals with details on how to mount the top element we would fabricate. The unit arrives fully assembled, ready to slide down on the pipes used to support the stacked stone columns. Here are pictures of the inner foam core shaped to the design:
Once the inner core is complete and assembled, we then hard coat the unit in a fibrous resin for structural integrity. This particular design requested to look like a bent steel I-beam, which can only be produced cost-effectively in our product. Here is the project after top coating in stucco:
One of the many advantages of our product is we can emboss graphics anywhere you like, and in any font and at any size. The graphics become a fully integrated part of the unit, so there is no chance anything will ever fall off, deteriorate, or fail in any way. This also prevents getting a 3rd party vendor from having to come on-site to install something after the project is installed. Here is an angled view so you can see the graphics in 3-D:
