Our hot wire technology allows the production of detailed shapes that are difficult to produce on site. We can work from architectural plans, or we can provide you with plans to work from including footer details.
You build the base, wall, or column from the plans while we work on our portion. Our shape will arrive fully assembled, ready to slide in place. Here is an example.
In this example, a mason produced a concrete block form with stone veneer. We integrated a pair of 4” ID PVC pipes to accept the 3” ID, 3.5” OD schedule 40 steel pipes that were built into the block form. The 1/2” gap between the steel and the PVC allows gif any corrections, and is filled with expanding foam (we provide) to lock it in place.
As you can see, we shipped the forms with all graphics permanently embossed. This is a permanent solution versus attaching separate elements which may eventually fail (or be taken).
We also produced matching column caps for the property perimeter fencing. This brought the entire project together visually, and the mason was able to drop each piece in place in a matter of minutes.
