We recently completed the entire apartment complex signs package for a 900 unit apartment development for one of our National Property Management Clients.
West Haven property required modifications to four entrances, a sign monument for the leasing office, and additional directional signage the DOT typically handles in residential communities. For the entrances, they chose to have the existing brick walls painted in the color complementing the color schemes of the buildings, then we provided individual routed lettering to attach to the faces. These letters were finished in a metallic silver and clear coated. Here are the four apartment complex entrance monument signs after completion:
And here is a picture of the Leasing Office Sign Monument. This property required changeable panels for the office hours as the office hours change seasonally. The changeable panels are aluminum with laser engraved black text, and simply flip over using the same hardware to reattach.
