We would like to thank our long-time customer and friends at VTT Management for granting us the opportunity to design these incredibly awesome sign monuments for Spyglass Seaside Community in Charleston, SC.
This coastal townhome development has two entrance with dated sign monuments. They are recognized in the township for their surfboard at the one entrance.
Our design team was specifically asked to “have fun with it.” We came up with the following design concepts:
They decided to continue with the surfboard theme and add integrated LED lighting for a night time view:
Our products give us the ability to make multiple dimensional levels to accept lighting, changeable graphic panels and power supplies. Here are the surfboards in production before hard coating the protective layer that keep ll the elements out for a lifetime:
After hard-coating and spraying all the different colors in stucco, we added the back-lit graphic light panels and LED lighting:

The Fire Marshal requires a address somewhere, so we put it on the monument side facing the street:
And here is the project crated awaiting freight pickup. The on-property maintenance team is performing the installation to save costs.
